            GRANTINO Consulting Office is run by Mr. Dariusz Dąbek, who is a recognized authority on European funds, entrepreneurship and human resources development, working with a multitude of specialists in various disciplines (law, economics, management, technical sciences, psychology, etc.).

            Dariusz Dąbek graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz and studied European law conducted by the European Law Foundation in Warsaw under the scientific and didactic patronage of the School of International Relations in Łódź. He was a graduate of the TEMPUS program at the University of Maastricht (Netherlands). In 2020, he obtained the rights of a patent attorney, he is entered on the list of patent attorneys before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland under number 3538. He has over 24 years of professional experience, including more than 16 years of development and implementation of projects financed from European Union sources. He also holds a Prince 2 project management certificate at Practitioner level and a European Union Structural Funds trainer certificate. In 2014 he completed postgraduate studies in the field of administering EU funds at the Warsaw School of Economics.

             Dariusz Dąbek (from November 2013 to March 2016) served as the Deputy President of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in Warsaw, overseeing and implementing projects in the field of development of the Polish space sector, human resources and adaptability of Polish enterprises and promotion of the Polish economy in conjunction with the World Exhibition EXPO 2015 in Milan.

In 2009 he was awarded the title of Eurolider in the competition of the Minister of Regional Development. He is a co-author of many projects in the field of education, human resources training and promotion of the economy and tourism development. In 2009, the "Bieliny Municipality - Our Place of Power" project, which he co-authored, was awarded the special European Jury of the "European Entrepreneurial Prize" and in the following year the project "First Pupils' Experience", which he managed, won the honorable title of "The best investment in man” in the “ESF Good Practice 2010 "competition. It was probably the largest educational project in Poland, attended by more than 142 thousand students, 8 thousand teachers, and the project team was over 50 people. He started his professional career in 1998 in the corporate sector, gathering experience in providing legal aid and marketing.

He then worked in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship Office in Kielce, where he dealt with the economic promotion of the region in turn, followed by information campaigns on the European Union. Since 2003, for the next six years, he has been working in the Bieliny Municipal Office for legal assistance and preparation of projects financed from the EU. He has started since 2010 his career with the Educational Group, where he has developed and implemented a number of innovative projects on modern teaching. He also led the work of the Board Office and later the Department of External Funds.
For 22 years he has been an academic lecturer and trainer. As an external consultant he has collaborated with many business environment institutions. Since 2001, he has been active in several non-governmental organizations involved in European integration, local development or promotion of modern education, including directing their work as a board member.
